Hinter OEKO-TEX, welches mittlerweile in über 60 Ländern weltweit vertreten ist, steht ein Zusammenschluss von 18 unabhängigen Forschungs- und Prüfinstituten aus Europa und Japan. Zusammen entwickeln die Partner Methoden und Grenzwerte für die Prüfung von Textilien und Leder und sind auch verantwortlich für die Festlegung von diversen Standards, dar- unter auch der OEKO-TEX Standard 100 . Dieser Standard wird allen schadstoffgeprüften Textilien – vom Garn bis zum fertigen Produkt – verliehen. Alle MÖVE Frottierprodukte sind mit dem OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ausgezeichnet und darüber hinaus durchgängig – vom Waschhandschuh bis zum Bade- mantel – mit dem Zusatz Babyklasse 1 versehen. Damit bekommt die Zertifizierung einen noch höheren Stellenwert, denn sie bedeutet, dass unsere Produkte sowohl für empfindliche Babyhaut als auch für Allergiker geeignet sind. Together the partners develop methods and limit values for testing textiles and leather and are also responsible for setting various standards, including the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 . This standard is granted to all textiles tested for harmful substances – from yarn to finished product. All MÖVE terry towelling products have been awarded the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and are also labelled – from washing glove to bathrobe – with the addition of Baby Class 1 .
